Yep. I had a craftsman with the liftup head rest. The wheels kept rolling over the skin on my arm. Did that two or three times and I chunked it as far as I could across my backyard. I felt better but my arm didnt. I bought the Tractor Supply one and have not had any issues. I do use an old bed pillow doubled for neck support. My arms are happy now. Rolls great
