Stop in for a cup of coffee

Thank you Mattax

Yes, I'm working off of the Holley spec sheets and called their tech service line and explained my setup and driving style. They recommended their 58 (122-58 which is 0.057)

Primary main jet is a 122-64 according to the documentation. I'll know more when I break it down. I like to gather all the parts before taking things apart so I've not gotten into the carb yet.

I'm not much of a wrench turner but I do a lot of research

Always, always, always appreciate the feedback and guidance from you guys. Please keep it coming
Whomever you talked with misled you. The diameter is not the final factor in the flow rate. Thats why some jets with different numbers have the same diameter. A lot of bad info out there - and some of it comes right from the manufacturer's "tech" people. :( The carbs that were decent to begin with are within a few jet sizes no matter what they get put on. Its the beauty of a carb - they respond to engine demand so supply what the engine wants.
