2nd gen Cuda brake help. Front drum to disc.

Adjustable valve is to dial down the pressure to the rear drums. I assume you left your drum brake valve in which is really just a splitter and maybe safety valve.

Does this look right from what you can see? My car is grabbing on the front and the adj is all the way out. I have a few things to button up before I take it out and cruise it so I thought I'd ask people that have done this . What is the blue thing?
