I'm running 245/60/15 on 15" X 7" (
WheelVintiques) Rallye wheels with 4 1/4" backspacing (factory 8 3/4" rear-end with ManciniRacing 2800lb leaf springs (factory location)). I could have gone with 255/60/15 tires (next time I will).
Up front I have 195/75/14 on 14" X 5 1/2 (
factory) Rallye wheels with 3 3/4" backspacing (if I remember correctly). I do have SSBC-USA disc brakes which set the wheels outboard ~3/8". I had 215/70/14 that rubbed during tight turns, so I opted for the 195/75/14 tires.
