They were bought out, the brand name is back up and running.
But with any aftermarket brake that is a consideration, who makes the consumable parts and where can you get them. It’s not a slam dunk for factory parts either though, just look at the availability issues with some of the SBP brakes. But the 73+ Mopar disks were used on most of the RWD Mopars up until the ‘90’s, so that stuff should be available for quite awhile.
