1975 Duster with 360 engine harness

I just got this car and all the wiring is there and good condition, except the engine bay has nothing at all. Can’t find a 75 engine bay forward harness but I see alot for 74, are they the same?

Call M&H and ask. You know that there are several harnesses, right?
 
You will not know unless you compare diagrams wire by wire. 74 has the dreaded seatbelt interlock, one year only, so that along is a fair difference

Yea and I am new to the Mopar scene so want to make sure I do it right.

Has a HEI and 60,000v coil, mini torque starter.

will I need a starter regulator or relay as well?

Starter harness and relay.
Wiper harness and ballast resister
Back up light harness to trans, if an auto, neutral safety switch harness
Engine harness
Headlamp harness
Probably missed something, and a factory service manual.
