Schumacher headers, grinding boss on block

I THINK that boss is solid, but I'm not sure. I tend to agree to "grind away" but maybe a little at a time.
I'm trying to minimize the number of up-down reps I do in my garage-aerobics routine, so I thought I'd do it all at once and be done. Probably you and @Ironracer are right, and I should go slow and check often.
