Can't open door...Help

I have looked at the pictures, it looks dry...I would be spraying that down with PB Blaster. IMO, WD40 just doesn't cut it anymore.

He's already tried that Dicer,( see original post from OP ) although maybe leaving it soak a little longer may help.
