The holes themselves are placed with a very slight radius and the bracket is mounted about 5 degrees back. It’s weird but per the vendor this should allow movement of the bar up and down within the sweep of the holes without having to adjust the bars too much. Plus the car is jacked up in the back making the angle look exaggerated.
