For a typical street/strip or bracket race build, I wouldn’t run any rocker ratio that required a lot of rework to the heads being used.
I’ve done the rocker test on the dyno often enough to know that:
A- it doesn’t always improve power
B- sometimes it even makes less power
C- even when there are positive gains, they are often minor
