Full 2.5 exhaust with crossover and summit welded turbo style mufflers, exits at bumper. I’d like it to be quieter, I feel it would help with the “slow shitbox” look.
I added sound deadening to edge to edge on floor and up fire wall. And added on it cardboard separator between rear seat back in trunk.
It was/is that fiber/cloth stuff with foil on both sides. Popular in the early 90’s and lots of sellers of it at the Long Beach swap meet at the time. It’s not as heavy as that tar stuff, but I don’t think works as good for sound.
Something inside the roof helps big time too. Roof is huge metal drum right over your head. Trunk is a sound boom tube too. Trunk lined with cardboard with insulation like luxury 70’s and 80’s car will help too.
