looks like you are on the right track. clean it up, set it up and see how it fits with your carb and manifold. You still may need an adapter for the carb. I would look up Demon Carbs and see if they specify one for Chrysler products - it would help to have the model number for the carb, but I have no clue where Demon puts its numbers.
