Not on your year. On mine, I have radio constant, cigarette lighter, headlights, keyless entry/trunk release, and the a/c fan on constant. Some of those may seem a bit wonky but work for me.
Really nothing on an older car NEEDS to be constant for the car to work - it was only with the advent of radio memory and computerized engine management that we started adding stuff. Everything else is a luxury - interior lights and other things people want to have when the door opens.
