Honest opinion please!

Well lookin at all you posted, what a "smart" buyer will try to bet you up on is worn out suspension. It has shackles in the back to try and lift it some. Clearly, if they were removed, it would sag badly in the rear. But IMO, suspension stuff is easy. It's not like a rusted out body. If the bottom all looks the same as you say, that's a really solid car. So it really boils down to location and how bad somebody wants it. I don't think 7500-10K is out of the ballpark if the paint and body work is "good".
Spot on Rusty, price is my opinion as well. And the suspension could be corrected easily, much rather do suspension then body and transmission problems.. I would fix suspension, drive it then see if it needs to be sold or hung on to for awhile
