Can anyone give some advice regarding replacing the window felts on my 64 Valiant V200 sedan. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Especially with the rear windows that do not roll down all the way. Tips, pointers ect?

Put masking tape on the body so you don't damage any paint. I just use a small screwdriver and pry it in a way to expand the 'tab' that goes into the slot on the body. Looking closely at the new ones will give you a good idea of how they install - and how to remove them.

My advice:
Take the glass out; it’s a little extra time but it makes the install process a lot easier. Use plastic clip removal tools to remove the old ones. I installed mine without the glass and I just chilled and sipped on a few beers while I did it ;)

Thanks Guys for the response. Painters masking tape a good idea. The FSM show an adjustable stop for the front that lowers the glass to give more clearance. The rears are the real difficult ones. Any tips Chris on pulling out the rear glass?
Thanks

You need to to refurb since new felt won't fix the binding issue. Remove rear seat bottom, then rear door panels. You push aft on the seat lower frame at the 1/4 & 3/4 across locations to unhook from the floor, then wiggle out.

To remove the seat bottom, you will also likely need to remove the rear window handles and the rear arm rests if so equipped.
