67 68 Original 4 speed console with Tachometer

I'm interested but have a question or two....is the tach in proper working condition ? Are the pins on the top plate covers that have tiny speed nuts on them in tact ? Is the ash tray in the center of the console included ?

Working condition of the tachometer is unknown but internals look brand new. All pins are still intact on the top plate. And yes the ashtray and plug are included.
