Not sure if that helps much I have some Tanqueray and tried tonic I even put in an olive in there and it still was not good and ruined the taste of my olive.
I use Bluecoat out of Philadelphia... nice botanical infusion. Makes a great dirty martini ... light dusting of vermouth and heavy application of olive brine. And it does not taste right if it's not in the right glassware :lol:
