Cool video Frank. Thanks for posting that. We used to watch the same phenomenon at a little town called La Conner in Washington up by Anacortes Island in the Pacific North West. I did not know it had a name I just thought it was the tide. It was very cool. Your video brought back a lot of memories. It was by the Skagit valley which also has field after field of Tulips. It is beautiful when they all bloom.
