I'm sure you have all experienced the problems with getting the rear wheel off on '67 and later Darts. I currently have 225/60/14 mounted on stock 14" rally wheels, and they are a little bit of a challenge to get off the axle. I have to get the body of the car up, and hang the axle down.

I'd like to go with a little taller tire, 70 series, but I know that's REALLY gonna be an issue. Maybe if I go a size down on the width, then the wheel will go on and off? I don't know.

I'm wondering if anyone runs 215/70/14 and what issues they may have.

And you wonder why they use a bumper jack!

You could get rear springs that will lift the back up a bunch, but unless it is 6 to 8 inches higher than stock your going to be in the tire change dilemma.
 
Here is a nice riding height on a '67 Dart.

Put the short Big Block leaf on the bottom of the original leaf stack. Brought it up 2" and still ended up with a nice ride, not too stiff.

Yup. My 66 Valiant and 69 Dart both have 245/60-15 rear tires, and it's impossible to get one off without lifting the body WAY up. When in the shop, i put a 4x4 across the rear springs lift there to get clearance. It's a PITA but they sure look good under there.
 
My car had 225/70R14s on the rear, with 14" X 5 1/2" factory Rallye wheels, when I got it.

I have since upgraded to 245/60R15s on 15" X 7" WheelVintique Rallye wheels (could've gone with 255/60R15s (will next time)). I did use the bumper jack to mount them.
