1970 Duster AlterKtion, 4 Link, LS/T56/Turbo and Minitub

Welp! Made it all the way to Hampton Beach and back with 0 issues! 2.5 hours each way. On the way down I cruised at 70 to 75 and got 18mpg! On the way home I pushed it at 80 to have a comparison with the new gears and got 16mph. Which both are pretty good for an almost 800whp car!

We ran to a little convenient shop at the end of the beach for some ice and the owner was a retired airforce mechanic probably in his 60s and was super excited to see the car. I ended up giving him a ride and did a full pull with him and he was shaking he was so excited haha. He was like "I've flown in helicopters, planes and all sorts of things but nothing was as exciting of a ride as this". It was pretty cool to make his day!

My fiancé even climbed over the roll bar so her myself and my cousin could go to lunch in the car. She snapped a pretty cool picture.

All in all it was a great trip! The car goes down the road awesome, though I definitely can't wait for the 3.73 gears for trips like that. I wish I had taken some other pictures of the car at the beach but I didn't even think about it as my phone was not a thought really while we were gone lol.
