Rear Brake Assemblies

Have you thought about picking up some backing plates and parking brake levers at a wrecking yard and piecing them together yourself? I believe everything else is available new once you have those pieces. I would think you could build a set for half of what those ebay assemblies are listed for.

I would absolutely do that, but you can't even find a rear wheel drive car in the yards where I live. I miss the good ole days when you could just go to the yard, get what you wanted and take it home and build it.
 
Just did this this week find backing plates buy the rest from Dr Diff $208. then buy your drums local
