Are the stock replacements from rock auto any good? I’ve got a new cap, rotor and wires and I just realized the PO damaged the distributor when he pulled the motor. I need something affordable, so no MSD or HEI swaps for now.

Thanks
Jared

If it isn't worth a ****, I'll bring one to sunbust Mopar show. Are you running points or electronic?

I’ll have to bring the kids, do they have a swap meet? I’m running electronic.
Yep, swap meet is pretty good there. Are you running a slant or sb or bb, I for some reason assumed a big block because that's what I'm doing.

What $36 gets you from rock auto. Comes with a cap and rotor. Cap is garbage, rotor is useable. Hopefully it works.

I've had a few with a more choppy idle, and a few with a cleaner one, darn wheels were funky. Lol
I’ve had a hell of a time with slant six reproduction distributors. I’ve had the whole reluctor wheel be out of round. I’ve got my fingers crossed that this one will work.

I've got points distributors from advance for 20 bucks, drop em in and run! Alot of the RA parts are then same as Big Chain stores...
