I agree. Low tension rings WILL benefit from a vacuum pump. But you have a ring seal issue. Even without the pump there is no way you should be puking **** out of the breathers.
I can't say you are wrong. Again I have lower tension rings on narrow 4.5 bore Diamond pistons. File fit done at a reputable shop. The engine was dynoed and dialed in there. If there's a ring issue I'll have to talk to them
