Unless that drivers door jamb is rotted out, there won't be any repairs made there. The car looks pretty solid, so that reason may not fly if the DMV inspector was to show up. It's his car and he can do what he wants just like you and I will with ours but plastering pics like that on the internet is just asking for trouble.
