25.3D is good to 6.50 up to 3600Lbs is correct. My car is a 25.2 now and I added one bar and 4 gussets to obtain the 25.3D Certification.

Pardon the ignorance, but do they end up capping the open ends? I've always wondered how a chassis shop terminates tube ends like this.

They cap the tubes when another tube terminates within 4" of the end. Its for strength so the tube doesn't fold when impacted.
