1967 Barracuda Hub Cap Question

I have put the 68 style wire wheel covers on the rally wheels that are on one of my 68 Barracudas for a car show once (Rallys are cool, but to me, they just don't look right on a pre 70 Mopar even though the rallys have been on that car of mine since I bought it in 97.). As I recall, those particular wheel covers even fit over the Rally center caps. I just swapped out the trim rings for the wheel covers. But, the sport style wheel covers that have the holes for the lug nuts, I can't say. Just don't know if the shape of the wheel would interfere with the wheel cover near the open lug nut holes. Also not sure it would look good seeing the exposed part of the rally wheel through the large openings of that wheel cover unless the rallys were painted black. If that Barracuda didn't have center caps on the rallys, I would test fit one of those wheel covers for you. I would rather see someone who has a rally wheel without a center cap try it if possible so I don't have to take a wheel off to try it.

The wide small bolt pattern steel rims are hard to come by as they were only used on performance models or highly optioned cars. Most steel rims are the skinny rims. Rallys would be the easiest way to get the wide rim since they are much more common.

Update: A Barracuda buddy will dig a rally wheel and a sport wheel cover out of his parts stash tomorrow evening and test fit it and let me know.
