Carb spacer

I don't know if the gasket helps, or not. I'll wait for others input.
If you have the room under the hood, I would play with a spacer. I have seen them make horsepower for almost no money.
I think the spacers that seem to work (ENTIRELY dependent on engine combo) is a four hole on a single plane intake, and an open spacer on a dual plane.
Tuning for the spacer may be required.

An 1" HVH super sucker will make 10-15hp and the same in torque, or more. I've seen this first hand on every Mopar I've dyno'd as well as other engines that others have had on the dyno. They are definitely not a gimmick.
