You mention being willing to pay the freight both ways. I have one in good shape I would trade you, just add in $10 for a sixer to keep me from getting thirsty while pulling it and getting it ready to ship. I have an 82 D150 slant, so yes I know the difference and yes it's a hydraulic cover.
