600 HP with a 400 is going to take like 13-14:1 compression, a big cam, heads that work really well. It won't be street friendly at all.
I should be on the Dyno real soon with my 470.
It's a simple build it should make 600 fairly easy and it might even be somewhat street worthy for (not my car, lol)
