I'll put stiffer springs on the back and bigger torsion bars. No carpet padding and minimal insulation. 3:55 suregrip, but I will be adding a complete original air conditioning system.
With a 273 it was a 2,800 pound car.
You might want to add caltracs to the back , is this going to be a cruiser ? Or street strip? Bigger torsion bars might hurt your quest for 10s but be better for driving around town.
