It was a non A/C car before. 2800 pounds was listed on the title. I'll be using a fiberglass hood and possibly front fenders, maybe even the front bumper too.
Those title weights are not accurate. That might be the weight of a generic Barracuda with absolute minimum options: slant 6, manual steering, 3 spd manual column shift, 7 1/4 rear, 9" drum manual brakes, bench seat, no radio, etc
My non A/C small block with aluminum: heads/intake/water pump, power steering, 727 Auto, 8 3/4, aluminum rims, manual disks, aluminum master cyl, on digital scales is 3209 pounds.
