Muscle Motors stroker kits- any good??

Is Muscle Motors still in business? I have an engine in my Duster that supposedly was a kit from these guys, "416 360 stroker". It was doing in the low 12's when I bought the car. I wish I had more info on the build. The builder (Russ Hall) passed away in 2007, a year after he built the motor.

Fortunately for you, I still have a 2003 brochure from Muscle Motors. This is what is says about the 416 c.i. kit: " Our newest small block kit uses the Mopar 4 inch stroke cast crank along with all our usual good parts. Internal balancing allows the use of non-weighted balancer and flex plate. For 340 or 360 blocks, final displacement based on bore size. Also available for 318 block (custom pistons are required). Components: Crank: Mopar 4 inch cast. Pistons: Ross forged pistons (Dish or Dome 4.030/4.070). Rods: Eagle H-eam. Rings: C/A file to fit. Bearings: M77 Full groove mains and Babbit full radius rod bearings. Competition internal balancing and ready to install. Basic kit: $1999. Custom pistons add $150. Bill Miller aluminum rods add $200. 4340 streel crnk add $400."
