'70 Dart 392 Project; what direction?

Ugh. Went back and reviewed your thread and discovered I have twice now covered the same stuff. In my defense it was a month and a half ago, but still. :)

Plans always change! If you got some parts and some free time there's no point in waiting to at least tackle specific projects. The little things will more than double expected swap time in my opinion, and every project you complete will yield another something that will need to be changed or modified which gives you the time to order components. I'd been told that the factory pan may work with this K member/steering setup. In 2 hours of dropping engine into place I realized that wasn't the case. And now I'm not up against a deadline so it's not a big deal :)

Completely agree. I've already spent time mocking up the motor and motor mounts to try and figure out if I can run an OEM TR6060. Figured out the starter won't work but due to the work I ended up talking to a guy on FB doing the same thing and he figured out how to make it work.
