I just got hit in the face last week with a pry bar. I broke 1 tooth and damaged the nerve so they ended up pulling thr tooth as it could not be repaired. I have dental coverage and the extraction was $28. The bridge I was told would cost me $1500 at the high end for 3 tooth bridge and when I got there for my 2nd appointment they said it would be $4600 because insurance doesnt want to cover cosmetic repairs. I said excuse me, what do you think ALL DENTAL WORK IS, it is literally all cosmetic that is the point of it! So now I spent $458 on a temporary flipper tooth out of pocket because ya know..not covered by insurance. Idk it's way to much money for what its worth. If it happens again im gonna spend the 30k on dental implants and never worry again about damage again because they are covered for life from the place my buddy went to. I shoulda left it. i had no pain at all. each to there own in the dental world definitely look at other places. Your bigger dental practices are usually cheaper than the mom n pop dentistry
assuming this pry bar incident is work related workers comp insurance should cover it.
