Help me pick a tire size!
Thank you to everybody who helped walk me through all of this! Wheel Vintiques held my 14s hostage (literally - they tried to snipe Summit and told me they wouldn't be fulfilling Summit's order but they would sell directly to me for an extra $300) so Summit sent me some 15's. 205/60-15 tires look great, don't make low speed steering a pain, and allow plenty of space for the disc brake kit. Win all around I'd say.
Except for the fact that I have a set of four factory 13's with brand new tires and a set of two 14's with lots of meat filling up my garage. May have to launch some wheels!
