Whatever is Spec. For the Location. I've done LOTS of Structural Steel and Non Structural Metal Stud Framing, but framed my first house in 89 outta wood, ( and Many others) with an engineered truss pack.

The “hell no” thing to wood kind of tipped me off to thinking steel is the way to go. I sure as heck don’t know but would like to add on myself.
