Options to repair or replace driver's side fresh air vent door.
Similarly to #6, I used a hardware store hinge to fix mine. Not as elegant as #5, but it worked well. Painted black, it was virtually unnoticeable - except to me. I did eventually find a mint condition one on ebay for a ridiculously low price and put it in, with a new top weatherstrip/seal from DMT.
