pictured is the correct replacement 1975 hood on 1975 California Flash Duster (luckily I had it "in stock", it came from this "Next Victim" Duster) , The damaged mock- up hood is an incorrect 73 hood....without the crash reliefs.

not cutting the hood.....the mock-up hood only has a hole in it because it was the hole for the scoop in the California Flash Duster. The hood was damaged in the tent bow-down at the 2019 Nats. A hood with scoop hole is a plus when checking Whipple clearance.
