I haven’t. The Run wire is hot in Run position. The Start wire is hot in the Start position. I have about 10.5-11v at the ballast while cranking. Just not getting anything after the initial one spark. I pulled out the dizzy and turned the reluctor around in Run and nothing happensSounds like it's losing the ignition 1 leg somehow. Have you tried holding the key in START and see if it runs?
