Most likely it was boxed wrong. Eis catalog shows E71258 fits 1967 thru 1970 drum brakes with manual or power brakes. Casting number 3580121 fits 1973 thru 1975 disc brake abodies. The Eis number should have both reservoirs being the same size. Your master cylinder has large and small reservoirs which indicates disc brakes.
