I hate global warming

Holy crap.....I just checked your weather! This is the warmest October/November I ever recall here in North Bay Ontario. Heck, I'm dragging my heels pulling the boat out of the water!
 
Took the cuda for its last tour Thursday and packed the boat up also, sucks as its mild as heck but white **** in the forecast lol.
2023 should give me more time behind the "wheels". (Hopefully)

Getting ready to head out for a cruise with a bunch of friends, must be getting colder, it's the first time with the top up...
 
Last week we were close to -20*f, average high is +40*, yeah this global warming thing is really getting out of hand.
 
I took the convertible out for a drive top down yesterday.

LOL it's not like it's not going to get cold or have cold snaps... Global warming has to do with the big picture...
Our home AC was able to keep the house tolerable the last couple Summers but 20 years ago had the person who's on the house said they need to have an AC that kept the house at 68 degrees when it's 116 out the people putting it in would have thought they lost their mind...
No it's not like I haven't seen 100° here before once or twice during the summer end up being the big news but long stretches over 100 are starting to become commonplace...
 
This summer was pretty hot. The weatherman always tells us when a record was broken. Funny as more than a few days, the new record broke the old one set back in like 1885 or so.
Even I am convinced that weather is changing and always has. Till the end of time.
 
We broke a record here in Wisconsin last week. 77 degrees in November.... two days later it is 30 degrees.
 
We put in a vent free gas log fireplace about 6 years ago. Wife loves decorating the mantel at Christmas. I had always went to get 2 of 3 propane bottles filled once every week. So just a few days ago I told her, "This is the last year you will decorate that mantel for the holidays. I'm not buying propane for it this season and come springtime I'm tearing it out". Weather shows the high will be 34 one day this week. The new heat pump is much less to operate than the electric heat was. I can crank it up. The electric heat cost was the main reason for adding the propane supplement anyway.
As for the "Gobal warning" I believe the planet has warmed 2.7 degrees on average and I know we have had to adjust the clocks 27 seconds forward since the very first Earth Day in 1970 because this planet rotations have slowed down. I just can't believe us human beans are the cause of any of these things.
 
The problem with breaking 'weather' records.....such as the 1885 record in post #16.
What about the temp in 686 AD????
At the end of 2022 when most of us will be gone, all cars are electric etc, no coal or gasoline & the temp is still rising....what will they blame then???
 
Our fall season started out much cooler than usual. Then, it warmed up. Now, it's fixin to get colder than a witch's tit next week. Supposed to stay cool for a while now, though. I hope it does. I like cold weather.
 
The North and South poles are constantly moving, always have been, so the seasons and temperatures are always changing.
It has always worked that way.
