I'll be heading for LA traffic shortly, had to catch up on the back reading :lol:. That shoulder surgery, if they still immobilize shoulders like they did when I was young you want to have the surgery in the cooler part of the year to be kind to your family and friends :lol: . My homie broke his clavicle in a dirt bike crash, long story. Mojave Desert, summer time, cast from his arm pits to his waist with the affected arm encased. It was all we could do to get within 10' of him because of the aroma that followed him :lol:. Bathing was an issue for him, and ain't no way I was gonna help him with that :rofl:

I started out with a pain med auto injector directly into the surgery site... then a shoulder wrap that circulated ice water around the shoulder... still sucked.. but yeah, the big, giant sling with a pillow is a pain
