Video from World Finals = Heads Up 340 Stock Mopars A Bodys in Mid 10's

It was a tough World Finals for us.
Last year we both got down to the Final rounds.

Jon made his worse driving pass of the year!
Our Demons are some of the hardest leaving if not
the Hardest leaving small block stockers.

He had the better 60 ft (1.36) but with his .05 RT
to Chads .01 RT = The cars were right next to each
other and Jon got rattled not expecting that. Our cars
like 6600 First to Second and 6800 Second to Third plus
7500 thru the lights. When we got home and check our racepak
data acquisition he had Reved both gears to 7500 plus on the chip which really
hurt his performance.
Chad ran 124 MPH to Jon's 123 MPH. Jon is not happy with himself (He should have been 125.5 MPH).

Chad is a tremendous driver and was on his Game (I have known him
since he was in Diapers and lived a block away from me).
Steve Wann who is the owner of the Cuda is one of the top Stock Mopar Builder in World if not the very best (He is a very good friend).

I am not taking a thing away from them as they were the best team at this race and
Stout performers!!
Stock eliminator is a war of a few hundreds sometimes thousands.

We will be at the Winternationals with Brand New Aluminum Head 340 engines that make some
extra HP (Hoping 25 to 30 more) and factor 311HP instead of the 314HP of the X heads.

That will also make our car 30 lbs lighter (Plus our wallets over $50,000+ lighter for the pair of engines not counting a month of both our time)!
John, do you run 727 or 904 TF? What converter do you use?( if it’s not a trade secret!)
