Probably there are more "visible" PO jobs up there due to the $800 K home thing. $800K could buy two, even three NEW homes here. Although there is no land or decent lots on most of these new homes due to the "zero lot line" thing being pushed by Greed and the Left. A lot more retired Military here, also, they kind of have the inside track on these PO jobs.
