Rear Brake question

if you use late brake hardware kit. it involves a swap from the cone spring and square anchor plate shoe retaining springs to the more modern spring cup and pin set up (buy the installer tool, couple of dollars, makes life easy)

thats fine, it all works apart from the pins have heads that are too small for the holes in the back plate that used to take the square based square hook anchor for the cone shaped early spring

No bother

take pin with youto hardware store and buy a bag of washers and you are on your way.

suggest also that if you can you buy the spring kit for the auto adjust delete (race focused cars) and just remove the auto adjuster

just more crap to go wrong

then again its an old car.. someone may have done all of this already
