Thats a huge advantage to meet the owner especially at their place. Gives you a good idea who owns it, the back ground ect. And seeing in person really helps. Did you hear it run or go for a drive?
It was rainy, so no drive, but started it up (cold) and it sounds great. Doesn't have the ECS vapor return line, would probably do the MAD ammeter bypass, get some day 2 wheels/tires, the rest looks great.
