Timing is a big issue with my 408 on Pump gas , I pull it back to 18* once it gets over 6500rpms , Going to try a drag pak intake and a Wilson TB in the spring. I think there's a 9.90 in the combo with 22-24* on 100oct
If your hitting 6.35 in the 1/8th, you have a 9.99 combo....6.30 to hit that 9.90....Very fun times ahead when you running that fast!
Called Dart Machine the other day, and the Plandemic set them back some getting this new block released, but the block is due to be out early 2023....Very interested in this at say 473 cubes.....Why 473 you ask, because after that you get into a weird thrust bearing and crank requirement I would rather not deal with. I asked if they could release some more info on their website, and he said they might have it at Sema 2022, but I didn't hear if they did.
