Why are there so few blown small blocks?
I don’t know how some of you guys use power steering with a 671 but I’m trying to make it all work with factory brackets. I’m having an exact copy of a factory 2 groove crank pulley made, with a flat face and 2” register to accept the blower pulley.
The hard part was trying to get a couple single groove pulleys spaced correctly, (center to center measurement of the V-grooves) to match the factory pulley. That measurement was 0.86”.
It also keeps the same diameter of the V drives. I don’t know why the aftermarket makes all the aluminum crank pulleys a different size from factory. Usually smaller diameter.
So I had this made. Still don’t know if it’ll work. Lol
