Restart the rebuild
Not much accomplished today but I did pick up 2 of the correct spring kits today from the Dodge store. Other than the spring kit I dont think I'll do any more mods to the pump.
Used my center punch and a self tapper and popped the plug out. A little awkward but I didnt have a soft jaw vice. Blue spring is stock one. Darker one is replacement.
So I started to mockup pump, pickup and 394 pan. Not sure what make the pickup is but the surface area seems kinda small?
Anyone recognize it? Good quality?
