Years ago, when I was a Captain the Army National Guard sent myself and another Captain to a two course at the San Diego Navy base. When we get there to check in at housing clerk looks at us and says, "your Army Captains" to which I replied, "yes, we are" That's when I learned the big difference between a Navy Captain and an Army Captain. Had great rooms haha!! For those who don't know a Navy Captain is like an Army Colonel.
